Such notice shall include the project details, invoice/contract number, a description of the defect, and supporting photographs.

Upon receipt of the claim, we shall inspect the reported defect and, if found to be covered under this Warranty, may at our sole discretion repair or replace the defective component, or issue a refund in exceptional cases.

• Items not installed by us or repaired, altered, or tampered with by unauthorised persons.

13.6 Remedy
Upon acceptance of a valid warranty claim, we shall, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective item or component.

If repair or replacement is not commercially feasible, we may refund the original price paid for the specific defective item/component or offer a credit towards a similar replacement item.

This Warranty constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy available to you for defects covered hereunder, and no other remedies, including claims for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, shall apply.

13.7 Voidance of Warranty

14.2 Out-of-Warranty Maintenance & Repairs
If you request any maintenance, servicing, repair, or rectification that falls outside the scope of the Warranty, or after the expiry of the Warranty Period, we may, at our discretion, provide such services at our then-prevailing service and repair charges.

Any such out-of-warranty services shall be subject to separate approval, timelines, and payment terms, and shall not reinstate or extend the original Warranty unless expressly agreed by us in writing.
